The spacious suite was perfect for our family, complete with a kitchen that allowed us to cook meals together. Evening social hours fostered a warm community vibe.

However, we encountered slow check-in and an odd odor in one part of our room that could have used more attention. It distracted from our overall experience.

The staff handled a challenging situation admirably, ensuring we felt valued. While the breakfast had room for improvement, the location was great with numerous dining options nearby.

Consider bringing your own coffee and sweeteners, as the in-room supply was limited. Take advantage of community events for a more social experience.

The location near Fiddler's Green made it super easy to hit the concert without needing a car. My penthouse room felt like a cozy apartment. I loved the full kitchen and spacious dining bar. it made meal prep simple. The living area had comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Clean water was easily accessible, which I appreciated. Customer service was attentive. they tried their best despite being short-staffed. However, I did face a couple of hiccups. Check-in took much longer than expected, which was frustrating. There were issues with cleanliness. I noticed dust in places that hadn't been cleaned well. Despite these problems, I could see they were making an effort, especially in the common areas. I enjoyed the community feel during the social hours, but it would have been nice to have more substantial food options during those times.

Staying at this all-suite hotel was a breeze with 5 adult kids. The accommodations felt spacious and inviting. We loved that it was just a short drive to hiking trails at Centennial Center Park, making it easy to enjoy some family time outdoors.
